Batterjee Award for Influential Healthcare Leader

Batterjee Award for Influential Healthcare Leader is an honorary award given to influential personalities who has contributed to cultivating the Caring Like Family culture and provision of an advanced health service to the community. In honor of their contributions and their prominent role in improving healthcare ecosystem in the United Arab Emirates, which contributes to achieving the principle of "Caring Like Family".

Nomination will be made through the jury based on the following:

  • Leaders envision a desired future.
  • Leaders foster innovation and change.
  • Leaders build effective teams.
  • Leaders encourage just and safety cultures.
  • Leaders create positive work cultures.

Awardees will be decided by majority voting by the jury members in the presence of board members and executive leadership of the Saudi German Health UAE. Award winners will be announced during the Awards Grand Ceremony to be held in Dubai during September 2023.
